Hero MotoCorp has officially launched the new Destini 110 in India, injecting a fresh, feature-packed option into the country’s most competitive scooter segment. Priced at an introductory ₹72,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the scooter aims to blend everyday practicality with stylish design and standout fuel efficiency.
A Blend of Style and Substance
Moving away from purely utilitarian designs, the Destini 110 adopts a neo-retro aesthetic. Key styling elements include premium chrome accents, a modern projector-type LED headlamp, and unique H-shaped LED tail lamps that give it a distinctive presence on the road. Hero has focused on robust construction, building the scooter with three large metal body panels for enhanced durability.
Engine Performance and Segment-Leading Efficiency

At the heart of the Destini 110 is a 110cc engine tuned for a balanced mix of performance and economy. It produces 8 bhp of power and 8.87 Nm of torque, making it capable for city commutes. The headline figure, however, is its claimed mileage of 56.2 kmpl, which positions it as one of the most fuel-efficient scooters in its class. This impressive number is aided by Hero’s patented i3S idle start-stop system, which automatically switches off the engine at idle to save fuel.
Focus on Comfort and Practicality
Hero seems to have prioritized rider and passenger comfort. The Destini 110 boasts a 785 mm long seat, claimed to be the longest in the segment, complete with an integrated backrest for the pillion. This, combined with a wide footboard and 12-inch wheels, is designed to offer better stability and a more comfortable ride over varying road conditions.
Practical features include a handy glove box, a boot lamp for visibility in the under-seat storage, and an analog-digital combo speedometer. The scooter is offered in five colour choices: Eternal White, Aqua Grey, Nexus Blue, Matt Steel Grey, and Groovy Red.

Pricing and Competition
The new Destini 110 is available in two variants:
- VX Cast Drum: ₹72,000
- ZX Cast Disc: ₹79,000
It enters the ring to directly compete with established rivals like the Honda Activa 110 and the TVS Jupiter 110.
Announcing the launch, Ashutosh Varma, Chief Business Officer, India Business Unit at Hero MotoCorp, stated, “With the new Destini 110, we are strengthening our presence in this important category by introducing a versatile yet affordable scooter that can be a trusted companion for everyday mobility.”
The scooter will be available at Hero dealerships across the country in a phased manner.
